We have an 8000 square foot raw warehouse space in New Windsor, New York. Located Just 70 miles from our Studios in Brooklyn, this unique location can provide you with a large interior space as well as exterior shooting possibilities.
All exterior locations are included in the rental of the warehouse. Productions are welcome to build exterior sets on designated sections of the property.
In addition to our warehouse, we have a strategic relationship with our neighbors who operate a fully functioning shipping and receiving warehouse next door. Their 40,000 square foot warehouse is available for location shooting. Please call us for current pictures of the shipping warehouse, as well as their location rates.
